North College Hill home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in North College Hill rose by $9,300 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 18.3% increase over the $50,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North College Hill in April 2016.
