Colerain Township home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Colerain Township fell by $93,314 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,000 - a 54.8% decrease over the $170,314 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Colerain Township in April 2016.
