Northgate home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Northgate rose by $38,250 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $108,250 - a 54.6% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Northgate in April 2016.
