Reading home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Reading rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Reading in April 2016.
