Newtown home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Newtown rose by $28,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $166,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $137,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Newtown in April 2016.
