Anderson Township home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Anderson Township fell by $58,000 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,250 - a 25.7% decrease over the $225,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Anderson Township in April 2016.
