Wyoming home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Wyoming rose by $22,100 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,100 - a 10.8% increase over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Wyoming in April 2016.
