Mack North home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Mack North rose by $47,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,500 - a 27.1% increase over the $173,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Mack North in April 2016, as well.
