Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $95,000 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $268,500 - a 54.8% increase over the $173,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Loveland in April 2016.
