St. Bernard home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in St. Bernard fell by $27,750 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,250 - a 33% decrease over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in St. Bernard in March 2016.
