Lockland home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Lockland rose by $33,256 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,756 - a 70% increase over the $47,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lockland in March 2016, as well.
