Cheviot home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Cheviot fell by $8,250 while total sales increased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,750 - a 9.8% decrease over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Cheviot in March 2016.
