Westlake home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Westlake rose by $2,570 while total sales increased by 85.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,570 - a 1.2% increase over the $213,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Westlake in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Westlake for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,148, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
