Beachwood home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Beachwood rose by $52,950 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,950 - a 31.1% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Beachwood in January 2016.
