Bridgetown home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Bridgetown rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,000 - a 7.8% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Bridgetown in March 2016.
