Glendale home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Glendale fell by $41,400 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $97,500 - a 29.8% decrease over the $138,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Glendale in March 2016.
