Dent home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Dent rose by $2,600 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $102,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Dent in March 2016.
