Cleves home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Cleves rose by $21,100 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,000 - a 24% increase over the $87,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cleves in March 2016.
