Greenhills home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Greenhills fell by $35,110 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,890 - a 23.9% decrease over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Greenhills in March 2016.
