Newtown home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Newtown fell by $75,350 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 38.6% decrease over the $195,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Newtown in March 2016.
