Silverton home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Silverton rose by $6,000 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,500 - a 5.3% increase over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Silverton in March 2016.
