Dillonvale home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Dillonvale rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 18.2% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Dillonvale in March 2016.
