Colerain Township home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Colerain Township fell by $59,875 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,375 - a 27.7% decrease over the $216,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Colerain Township in March 2016.
