Fairfax home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Fairfax rose by $12,125 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 8.1% increase over the $149,375 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fairfax in March 2016, as well.
