Sharonville home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Sharonville rose by $32,500 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,500 - a 23.2% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Sharonville in March 2016.
