Madeira home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Madeira fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $223,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Madeira in March 2016.
