Woodlawn home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Woodlawn rose by $252,000 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 8400% increase over the $3,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodlawn in March 2016.
