Symmes Township home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Symmes Township fell by $148,350 while total sales increased by 157.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,650 - a 35.3% decrease over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Symmes Township in March 2016.
