Blue Ash home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Blue Ash rose by $147,137 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $307,137 - a 92% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Blue Ash in March 2016.
