Wyoming home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Wyoming rose by $182,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 87.5% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Wyoming in March 2016.
