Indian Hill home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Indian Hill rose by $193,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $948,000 - a 25.6% increase over the $754,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Indian Hill in March 2016.
