Elyria home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Elyria rose by $1,750 while total sales decreased by 4.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,200 - a 1.9% increase over the $90,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Elyria in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Elyria for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,722, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
