Amherst home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Amherst rose by $8,250 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,250 - a 5.6% increase over the $148,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Amherst in March 2018.
