Wellington home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Wellington fell by $66,360 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,140 - a 54.2% decrease over the $122,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Wellington in February 2018.
