Avon home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Avon rose by $23,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,750 - a 10.7% increase over the $215,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Avon in February 2018.
