Oberlin home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Oberlin rose by $3,050 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $115,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Oberlin in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Oberlin for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,304, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
