Sheffield home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Sheffield rose by $147,701 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 144.4% increase over the $102,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sheffield in January 2018.
