Columbia Station home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Columbia Station rose by $4,440 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 3.5% increase over the $128,060 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Columbia Station in December 2017.
