Oberlin home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Oberlin rose by $85,100 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 81.1% increase over the $104,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Oberlin in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Oberlin for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,304, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
