Avon home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Avon rose by $43,750 while total sales decreased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,750 - a 17.9% increase over the $245,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Avon in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Avon for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,601, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
