Amherst home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Amherst rose by $7,250 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,750 - a 5.2% increase over the $139,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Amherst in October 2017.
