Oberlin home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Oberlin rose by $78,500 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 88.7% increase over the $88,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Oberlin in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Oberlin for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,304, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
