Sheffield home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Sheffield rose by $172,350 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $263,250 - a 189.6% increase over the $90,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Sheffield in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,338, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
