Grafton home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Grafton fell by $8,360 while total sales decreased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,540 - a 5.6% decrease over the $149,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Grafton in August 2017.
