Sheffield home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Sheffield rose by $83,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 37.5% increase over the $221,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sheffield in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Sheffield for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,338, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
