Oberlin home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Oberlin fell by $51,825 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,000 - a 55.2% decrease over the $93,825 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Oberlin in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Oberlin for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,304, approximately 5.5% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
