Lorain home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Lorain rose by $360 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,580 - a 0.7% increase over the $52,220 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in Lorain in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Lorain for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,291, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
