Oberlin home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Oberlin rose by $34,800 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $156,250 - a 28.7% increase over the $121,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Oberlin in March 2017.
