South Amherst home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in South Amherst rose by $26,900 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,900 - a 42% increase over the $64,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in South Amherst in February 2017.
