LaGrange home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in LaGrange fell by $99,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 42.8% decrease over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in LaGrange in January 2017.

The median sales tax in LaGrange for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,056, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
